Elevation Church Resources is committed to providing high-quality tools for your ministry; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition and were purchased within the last 30 days. Digital downloads and opened media are generally non-refundable.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the resources in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure timely processing.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
